1st Annual Stakeholder Workshop - 19 July 2010

The first annual ENPRA workshop was organized in Ispra the 14th and 15th of April 2010, by the Institute for Health and Consumer Protection (IHCP) at JRC, in collaboration with DG ENT to increase the impact of the workshop and to collaborate with the nanocluster projects. The goal of the workshop was to report and disseminate recent results and ongoing research of all the issues important for nanomaterial risk assessment: measurement and characterization, exposure assessment, fate and behaviour, toxicity and ecotoxicity. ENPRA EONS Excerpts now publicly available - 27 April 2010

ENPRA's first Expert Panel Meeting took place in Paris, November 2009. The meeting provided a forum for invited experts from around the world to discuss key publications and findings from the latter half of 2009, and to form opinions on their value to future nanotechnology EHS research.

The proceedings of this meeting were summarised in the first 'European Observatory on Nano Safety' (EONS) report, which was available in full to ENPRA members.

We are now pleased to be able to make publicly available excerpts of this report, which compile three of the key publications highlighted within the full report.

1st ENPRA Newsletter now available - 29 January 2010

The first ENPRA Newsletter is now available to download.

The newsletter offers an introduction to the ENPRA project, and summarises research progress and developments from its first 6 months, together with a summary of upcoming events and noteworthy announcements.

Project activity

The proceedings of this meeting have been summarised in the second 'European Observtory on Nano Safety' (EONS) report, and are now available exclusively to ENPRA members in the member area of the website. Visit the 'Final Project Deliverables' section for access.  

   

Website & Newsletter

With general information on the project and its progress, and links to related areas.

Registered members of www.enpra.eu can access further information, with private areas for Project Team information and collaboration, eg project plans, progress reports, protocols, discussion forums, project Wiki etc.

The site will continue to develop as a resource for project team members and other interested parties. Please submit any items, such as events and links or other items for inclusion via the feedback form.

Non project team members can still register for future updates and occasional ENPRA newsletters.
